STEMPilot is free for every candidate -- no paid tier, no paywalled features, no ads. It stays that way through two voluntary sources: individual Supporters and sponsors.
Why STEMPilot is free
STEMPilot exists to help scientists and STEM researchers find the careers their work has earned them. Charging candidates to access opportunities, matching, or their own CV data would work against that mission -- so every core candidate feature is, and will remain, free.
Running the service still costs money: hosting, the database, AI inference for career matching and document generation, and email. Those costs are covered by people and organizations who choose to support STEMPilot voluntarily, not by candidates or by selling anyone’s data.
Become a Supporter
STEMPilot Supporters are individuals who choose to give a small voluntary amount toward infrastructure -- AI inference, hosting, the database, email, security, and the opportunity pipeline. Supporting STEMPilot never changes your matching, never unlocks features, and non-Supporters never get a worse experience.
STEMPilot does not yet collect payments. Registering your interest below records that you’d like to support us -- nothing is charged, and we’ll only email you at the address you provide if and when a way to give is available.
Become a sponsor
Sponsors fund specific parts of STEMPilot’s infrastructure -- for example, AI inference or a country launch -- in exchange for static, restrained visibility such as “AI infrastructure supported by [Sponsor]”. Every ordinary page shows at most one sponsorship line.
Sponsorship buys visibility only. Sponsors never receive candidate CVs, identities, contact details, private profiles, search or application history, AI prompts or responses, and no sponsor placement ever includes a tracking pixel or third-party script, and no sponsor can influence matching or ranking.
